Happy Holidays!  I was inspired by the Torah portion of Rabbi Hilly’s talk last Friday night who spoke about the Menorah as a symbol of resistance.  Although in popular culture outside of religious instruction we may not see it that way, this week kicks off the first of a three-episode series of looking at the signs of the winter solstice, Hanukkah, Christmas, and Kwanzaa as symbols of resistance in trying times.
How can your light be a miracle?  What are you resisting?
Let’s discuss.

Sunday Oct 26, 2025

Most creation narratives begin in a situation outside of space and time with no delineating factors.  There is the “is,” or the “I am.”  So why don’t we?  Let’s reignite our series on creativity from a primordial perspective.

The beauty of creation- or the ability to imagine and then create is one of our most precious gifts, and one of the most profound ways that [I believe] that we mimic both The Creator and Creation. Exercising creativity is soul respiration.  Check your breath, we’re going in…
